1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the FastReply AI Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.
2. Description of Service
FastReply AI is a Chrome browser extension that reads the active Gmail email thread visible in your browser tab and uses AI to generate a suggested reply. The Service requires a valid account and, for unlimited usage, a paid subscription.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account via Clerk authentication to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate spam, phishing messages, or any content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
5. Subscription and Billing
The free plan provides 10 AI-generated replies per day. The Pro plan ($9/month) provides unlimited replies and is billed monthly through Polar. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
6. Privacy and Data
We do not store your email content. The active thread is sent to our AI provider solely to generate a reply and is discarded immediately after. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to FastReply AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or business email purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any generated content before sending.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastReply AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account.
